2 – What is a Business Owner?
A business owner is a beauty entrepreneur who continues to sell products as well as recruits and appoints representatives to her team. Through developing, growing, managing, and motivating them to sell, she/he has the opportunity to earn a profitable income from our Leadership program.
3 – What is Leadership, and how do I apply it?
Leadership is an earnings program where an independent Business Owner can earn an income on a sliding scale. To join leadership, you can contact your manager, who will support you in becoming a Business Owner.

Research shows again and again that when one woman’s life improves, it benefits her family, her community, and the wider world we all live in.
